 Ridgewater was crowned MCCC Dual
Meet Champions going undeafeted on the conference season. They also were
also declared MCCC State Champions at this years state meet. Ridgewater
had six Individual State Champions. While Brandon Schunk was named MCCC wrestler of the year.
The Warriors qualified seven individuals into the 2008 National
Tournament and placed one All-American. Brandon Schunk who took third in
133lb division. As a team they placed 5th in division III.
The Warriors will lose 3 starters from the 2007-08 team and will be lead
next year by 3 returning national qualifiers.
