Extension Mobility on a 7912 phone

Press the Menu button:

Select services, either by pressing the number next to it (4) or using the up/down arrow button to highlight it, followed by the select key

Press the number next to Extension Mobility or use the arrow key to highlight and press select.

Enter your username by pressing the corresponding number keys multiple times. The username is not case sensitive, entering it in lowercase will be easier. For example, a "b" would be two presses of the 2 button, an "f" would be three presses of the 3 button. Underscores are created by pressing the 0 button three times. It's very similar to text messaging on a cellphone.
In this example, "santa_c" would be 7777 2 66 8 2 000 222

Press the down arrow key to move the cursor to the PIN field. Then key in the PIN number.

Press the Submit button. The phone should then say "Resetting, please wait...." then your extension will come up on the phone.

To log out of the phone, press the Menu button, select Services, then Extension Mobility. The phone will say "Logout [username]". Press yes, the phone will reboot again and return back to it's previous owner's extension.
