What is the correct way to request help from Computer Support?

Send a task request (not an email) to the Help Desk.

Send it to HELP DESK. It is helpful to have your name in the subject along with a short explanation of the problem. We also would like a detailed explanation below.

Emergency problems should be directed to the Help Desk Phone at 5734 in Willmar and 8777 in Hutchinson. Please do not call the ITS personnel directly since this causes delays. Example: Many times ITS person #1 will start on a problem when ITS person #2 gets a call regarding the same issue and therefore will start working on the same problem.
